Eligibility Requirements
Educational
Qualifications:
1.
Research Officer in department of
Economic & Policy research: Applicants must have a Master’s degree in
Economics with 55% marks or have a doctorate degree in Economics with 55% marks
from any recognized University.
2.
Research Officer in department of
Statistics & Information Management: Candidate must have a Master’s Degree
in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/Mathematical Economics/
Econometrics/Statistics & Informatics with a minimum 55% marks from relevant
and reputed Universities.
3.
Assistant Managers: Applicants
must have 02nd Class Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with
English as one of the subject at Bachelor’s degree. Or Master’s Degree in
English, Sanskrit, Economics, and Commerce from recognized University.
4.
Managers: Applicants must have a
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with a
minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
Age Limit for all the Posts:
Research
Officers – Applicants age period for the above posts dated on 01st
of Jan 2014 should be between 21-30 years.
Asst.
Managers – Applicants age period for the above posts dated on 01st
of Jan 2014 should be between 21-30 years.
Managers – Applicants
age period for the above posts dated on 01st of Jan 2014 should be
between 21-35 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the norms.
Compensation
Selected
Candidates should be eligible to get the Pay Band of Rs. 17100/- per month for
the Post of Asst Managers & Rs. 21000/- per month for the Post of Research Officers
& Managers Posts.
Application Fees to be registered
Recruitment
Registration for RBI’s Research Officers/Asst Managers/ Managers posts
candidate need to pay Rs.100/-(One Hundred) From the entire region except
SC/ST/PWD/RBI staff Candidates. (They are not eligible to pay any type of fees)
Application Fee Payment
Candidates
have the choice of making payment of above described fee either through Online
or Offline Mode.
OFFLINE Payment:
After filling
online application, candidate should take a printout of system generated Fee Payment
Challan and deposit the Fee in any branch of Bank of Baroda/Bank of India/Bank
of Maharashtra/Central Bank of India/Indian Overseas Bank/Punjab National
Bank/United Bank of India.
ONLINE Payment:
Application
Fee payment can be made by using Master/Visa Debit/ Credit card or Internet
Banking by providing information as asked on the screen.

Candidates have to apply only ON-LINE through the Bank's website i.e. www.rbi.org.in from 21st of Jan 2014 to 17th
of Feb 2014. Detailed instructions for applying On-line are available on the
website. Candidates need not submit the system generated print
out (hard copy) of the On-Line application to the Board's office.
Selection Mode: Candidates
will be selected based on their performance in Written Test & Interview.
